I wish I liked to cook. I don't. I've tried...if I have a way out of it I take it. If you're like me and your family will let you get away with it, there ARE restaurants open in New Jersey on Thanksgiving.  I came across this list from one of my go to favorite sources, mommypoppins.com and I pulled out the ones in our "yeah, I'm willing to drive that far" area...

Want to skip the cooking Thanksgiving dinner this year?  I got your back!  My mother-in-law (pictured above) has been encouraging me to love cooking for a long time. I do it when I have to but if there is an option for relaxing and enjoying the holiday instead of slaving away over a hot stove I'll take that every single time.   From dine in-to take out you've got options so you can relax and avoid that clean up too!

Here are some Jersey restaurants that are open on Turkey Day:

Fernando's Grill – Hightstown

Call 609-443-4488 to get on their list!
