Police Seek Toms River Church Thief [VIDEO]

Toms River Police continue to search for the man who broke into a township church last month. It happened at the Abundant Grace Church on Indian Hill Road.  Surveillance video showed the white male with a  goatee wearing a blue hoody, gloves and black pants taking money from a register.
