One of the Best Coffee Houses in America is Right in New Jersey’s Capitol

We all have our own morning ritual as we wake up to start our day and for many, like myself, it starts with brewing that first cup of morning coffee. It’s no secret I love my coffee and I am "the jersey shore's unofficial coffee guru" lol but like many of you, I look forward to a great cup of coffee.

I have tried to cut back a bit on my coffee intake, just to be healthier, but let’s not get crazy right? lol I have even found some half-calf and de-caf coffees that are good. I’m sure you at home have your favorite blends.

With that said, we also have our favorite spots to go for our coffee as well. We have many really good coffee shops in Ocean, Burlington, and Monmouth Counties. Food and Wine this week has come out with their latest list of best coffee houses in America and we have our selection here in the Garden State right in our Capitol.

According to Food and Wine New Jersey’s best coffee shop is located in Trenton, it’s One Up One Down Coffee Roastery and Caffe. “Experienced roaster Vince Camiolo and wife Natalie Rockwell took the old punk rock Trenton Coffee House & Records (a former Food & Wine favorite) and poured their hearts into reviving the quirky space, where the theme is basically wood paneling, and then more wood paneling, but in the most charming way.”
