New World’s Ugliest Dog Crowned [VIDEO]

A new World's Ugliest Dog has been crowned.  Mugly, a Chinese Crested dog from Great Britain, won the title Friday at the annual Sonoma-Marin Fair in Petaluma, California.  Take a look at this adorably ugly pooch.

In addition to respect, Mugly won $1,000 for his owner, a photo shoot AND a year's supply of dog biscuits!
