New Jersey’s Scariest Attraction Is The Biggest In The Country
When we do things, we do them big here in the Garden State. And it turns out the creepiest attraction in New Jersey might be the biggest creepiest attraction in the entire world.
There are plenty of creepy places all over the Garden State, and let's be honest. Some are attractions, and some are not. The one this website chose is not what you might think.
But, one thing is for sure, if you're looking for creepy, you've come to the right state. We are apparently the home of scary places. I mean, all you have to say is Cape May, right?
But it's not just Cape May. We have lots of places that are reportedly haunted, but the king of all fear in the Garden State has to be the Jersey Devil. It is so associated with the Garden State that we even have a roller coaster named after it.
And where does the Jersey Devil live? If you said the Prudential Center you are clever but wrong. Of course, based on stories relayed from those who claim to be witnesses, you'd have to pin its home address down in the Pine Barrens.
And maybe that's why Love Exploring has chosen the entire Pine Barrens as New Jersey's creepiest attraction. That's 1.1 million acres of creepy. That means our creepiest attraction is approximately one-fifth of our state.
In case you are wondering if the Pine Barrens is the New Jersey Devil's official home, all you have to do is check out the State of New Jersey Pinelands Commission website, and there is the legend of the New Jersey Devil story. And that's enough for me.
And lots of people have claimed to see the NJ Devil, with multiple sightings recorded over the years, including one guy who claims to have photographed the beast about 7 years ago. Check out that story at ABC News.
