New Jersey’s Best Winter Weekend Getaway Place Is Right Here In Monmouth County

If you are looking for the best winter weekend getaway in New Jersey, one publication says you don't have to go far at all.

According to the Active Times, which listed the best winter weekend getaway spot in each state, the place to be on the weekends this time of year in the Garden State is the amazing Asbury Park.

That's right, the city that has become the place to be in the summer is also the place to be in the depth of winter as well. And there are plenty of awesome reasons to back up the claim.

The Active Times reminds everyone of some great January reasons to be n Asbury Park in the winter, like Asbury Park Beerfest (which takes place January 26th and 27th this year), the Stone Pony, Asbury Lanes, vintage pinball games and much, much more.

Obviously I agree. and I love the fact that the world's love for Asbury Park continues to grow, and that love is extending past the summer months!
