We have a great combination of awesome food and beautiful ambiance and view at so many of New Jersey's greatest restaurants. But which one is the Garden State's most beautiful?

That's a question that is a really difficult one to answer since there are so many amazingly great restaurants in the Garden State, and there are so many different ways to define "beautiful".

Is beautiful the view from the restaurant? If it is, there are hundreds of waterfront restaurants in New Jersey that fit the bill. They are dotted all along the ocean, the rivers, and the lakes.

If you consider the inside ambiance of your favorite restaurants the source of their beauty, then eateries from North Jersey to the Cape May exit could easily make the cut.

We're not complaining about all the beautiful restaurants here in New Jersey, but we are wondering how you could possibly narrow it down to just one.

It turns out we didn't have to do that. It was done for all of us by the website Cheapism. So how did they make the decision, and what did they decide is the most beautiful restaurant in the Garden State?

It ultimately wasn't the beach view that won the day. The choice for the most beautiful restaurant in the state, an excellent choice, by the way, is Stone House at Stirling Ridge in Warren.
