Multiple agencies investigating mysterious death in Manchester

There are few details currently available but multiple law enforcement agencies are investigating a death that occurred on Monday in Manchester Township.

Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer and Manchester Township Police Chief Lisa Parker co-announced that the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crime Unit, Manchester Township Police Detective Bureau and Ocean County Sheriff’s Department are conducting an investigation into a death that occurred earlier today.

Investigators said that there is no danger to the public.

This is an ongoing investigation with additional information expected to be released by the Ocean County Prosecutors Office as it's made available.

The Ocean County Prosecutors Office has not yet returned a request by WOBM News for further comment.
