Three Little Egg Harbor residents and one from neighboring Tuckerton have been arrested at two separate traffic stops, where police found them in possession of heroin.

It was the Little Egg Harbor Police Harbor Street Crimes Unit who pulled over a gray Jeep Wrangler on Nugentown Road near Poor Man's Parkway, around 11:24 pm on Thursday night February 3, after establishing probable cause during a drug investigation.

Police then searched the vehicle, and driver, and found an undisclosed amount of suspected heroin along with drug paraphernalia.

William E Hancock Sadowski, 32, of Little Egg Harbor was then placed under arrest and issued a summons charging him with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance.

He was then released, pending future court proceedings.

The very next day, not even a full 24-hours later, the Little Egg Harbor Police Street Crimes Unit conducted a motor vehicle stop, around 1:33 pm, of a Black Toyota Corolla on Mystic Shores Boulevard near Mathistown Road.

It was a similar stop to the one made the night before as police said there was probable cause during a drug-related investigation.

After police searched the vehicle, and everyone inside, they found undisclosed quantities of suspect heroin, and suboxone sublingual films.

Justin M O'Neill, 22, of Little Egg Harbor was then placed under arrest, and issued a summons charging him with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS), Possession of CDS with Intent to Distribute, and Conspiracy to Possess CDS.

Trevor S. Frank, 30, of Tuckerton was also placed under arrest, and issued a summons charging him with Possession of CDS, Possession of CDS with Intent to Distribute, and Conspiracy to Possess CDS.

Antonio T. Clements, 36, of Little Egg Harbor was arrested as well, and charged with Possession of CDS and Conspiracy to Possess CDS, as well as multiple motor vehicle violations.

O'Neill, Frank and, Clements were then turned over to the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department who brought them to the Ocean County Jail, on outstanding warrants for their arrest.
