
Lakewood Man Indicted For 3 Bank Robberies
A Lakewood man faces a grand jury indictment for robbing three township banks last year.
The Asbury Park Press reports 46 year old Michael Gilzean faces bank robbery charges. Officials say Gilzean fled a Sovereign Bank in Lakewood when a teller recognized him. He could face up to 30 years in prison if convicted
Gilzean was arrested July 1 at a motel in Atlantic City, where some of the money from the heists was recovered, police said.
