According to NJ.com, a New Jersey restaurant with a super cool premise is expanding and opening a second location right here in the Garden State.

Before I get into the specifics of this new opening, let me tell you what this spot is all about.

Sushi lovers...get ready to rejoice....

The place is called Kura Sushi and  you should know that sitting down to eat in this restaurant is an experience in and of itself.

Let's take a look:

So freaking cool, right?

It might be dangerous for my wallet and my stomach if I am allowed to grab all the food I want from a nearby conveyer belt...but I am willing to take that risk.

Now for Kura Sushi's second opening.

According to NJ.com, the new location will open at Jersey City's Newport Tower which is located at 525 Washington Blvd.

No official opening date has been announced.

Both Kura Sushi locations are a bit outside of the Jersey Shore area and I am beyond disappointed.

BUT....according to NJ.com, Kura Sushi has over 500 locations across the globe and they continue to expand every year.

There is hope that Kura Sushi will soon open their first shore location in the future. Can we realistically hope within the next year or two?

Well they SHOULD! I don't think I know of any conveyer-belt sushi joints in this area so the sooner the better!
