Know him? Police in a Monmouth town want to find him
An individual spotted in surveillance images is the object of a search by police in Monmouth's Ocean Township.
Authorities describe him only as a person of interest. They did not disclose why they seek his identity. They did not provide his physical description. They offered no details regarding where or when the images were captured.
