"The Godfather of Soul," James Brown was born this day in 1933. I had the great pleasure of meeting him twice, including introducing him on stage once. I kick myself for not getting a picture taken with him. So many great hit records - "Please Please Please," "Try Me," "Papa's Got a Brand New Bag," "I Got the Feelin'," "Cold Sweat," "It's A Mans World," and of course "I Got You (I Feel Good)."
