A South Jersey man is facing a list of charges for allegedly sharing child porn via Snapchat.

Tip Received From National Center for Missing and Exploited Children

The Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office says back in April, they received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that said someone was using the Snapchat app to distribute child sexual abuse material.

During their investigation, that user was identified as 32-year-old Robert Dolly of Hesstown Road in Millville, according to authorities.

Arrest Made and Charges Filed

On Thursday, June 12th, Dolly was arrested and is now facing the following charges:

  • Second-degree endangering the welfare of a child (Distributing CSAM)
  • Second-degree endangering the welfare of children (Possession of CSAM)
  • Fourth-degree animal cruelty (Sexual contact with an animal)
  • Fourth-degree tampering
  • Third-degree hindering
  • Fourth-degree obstruction

Officials did not elaborate on the sexual contact with an animal charge.

Dolly is being held in the Cumberland County Jail. The State has moved for pretrial detention.
