The Best "Must Try" Restaurants In America

"Must Try" is a pretty easy title to understand. These are, in this case, restaurants that are highly rated and very popular places to eat. Ethan Adams from "Foodie Haven" has put together an article that lists the best "must-try" places to dine and I wanna share New Jersey's pick with you.

According to Adams, "The country boasts legendary diners, Michelin-starred masterpieces, and traditional restaurants that will delight you with their mouthwatering meals and unique ambiance. These 50 U.S. restaurants are culinary institutions, not just great places to eat."

So what about New Jersey? We have a fantastic food scene and reputation here in New Jersey and it's intriguing to see the pick for "must-try" restaurant here in the Garden State.

According to Adams, the selection for New Jersey is Razza Pizza Artigianale in Jersey City. "Pizza at Razza is an art. Every detail is meticulously considered, from the naturally fermented dough to the hand-stretched mozzarella. The crust blisters in the wood-fired oven, and the balance of flavors is absolute perfection. This might just be the USA’s best pizza for purists."

Their website states, "Our ultimate goal is to serve the best pizza possible. We are challenging the common practices of pizza-making in the hope of influencing the industry and elevating the overall quality of pizza in America. It’s a lofty goal that means constantly searching for better ingredients while continuously honing our techniques with each and every pizza we make. We have defined what great pizza is to us, and painstakingly worked backwards to create it."
