Good News! New Jersey Is One of the Least Stressed States in America
Daily stress really has a way of creeping into everyday life. It can turn simple things into big annoyances and make you feel on edge without even realizing why. When stress sticks around, it can mess with your sleep, zap your energy, and make it harder to focus or stay patient. You might notice you’re more irritable, quicker to worry, or just plain exhausted.

Over time, that constant pressure can even show up physically, like tight shoulders, headaches, or feeling worn down. A little stress is normal, but when it’s nonstop, it can quietly affect how we feel and function day to day.
What Kind of Common Health Problems Can Be Possibly Caused By Stress?
Stress has a habit of showing up in ways you might not expect. When life feels nonstop, people often get more headaches, stomach issues like indigestion or acid reflux, or catch colds more easily because stress can wear down the immune system. It can also leave your muscles tight and sore, especially in the neck, shoulders, and back.
Sleep problems are another big one, which just makes everything feel worse the next day. Over time, constant stress can contribute to things like high blood pressure, anxiety, low moods, or even skin flare-ups like acne or eczema.
