Sorry to say, I have done this. When I was younger. But, is it illegal to do this in New Jersey. Is it illegal to drive with one of my feet out of the window? Is this illegal or legal to do this in New Jersey?
It is carefree, but I'm not sure I would do it in New Jersey. I did this on an empty road and a country road where there were no cars, now maybe not. New Jersey roads are crazy.
Safety is number one and as I tell my teenage driver, NEVER EVER do this, I'm a hypocrite. I did tell her I did it growing up and she realized where I grew up, the roads were empty and they still are. But still, I shouldn't have done it. She says she'll never do it here in New Jersey.
