
Police searching for man who reportedly pleasured himself in New Jersey neighborhood

Police in Somerset County are looking for a man who was reportedly and allegedly masturbating late Wednesday night on someone else's property.
The call came in to Hillsborough Police around 10:15 pm and they heard from a man who said he saw an unknown man masturbating on his Meadowbrook Drive property, something that was caught on his surveillance video camera.
When officers arrived to the scene, they searched for the reported man, but he was not found.
The incident was confirmed once they viewed the reported surveillance footage and Hillsborough Police and the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office said the man they're looking for is described as a fair skinned caucasian male, was last wearing what looked like a bandana on his head, had no shirt on or underwear at the time.
As law enforcement investigates this case, they are also looking to see if this was the same man who reportedly did the same thing in Hillsborough last year but was never caught.
The multi-agency investigation continues between the the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit, the Sex Crimes and Child Abuse Unit, and the Computer Crimes Unit.
