With just days left until the biggest game of the year, we're starting to get a sneak peek at some of the commercials that are expected to be a huge hit this year.
We all know that some people tune in just for the commercials and even consider them to be more fun and exciting than the actual game.

Companies know that too, and go all out spending millions and millions of dollars securing well-known celebrities to endorse their products and star in their commercials.

A 30-second ad this year reportedly costs around $7 million, with some brands paying up to nearly $8 million, according to USA Today.
$8 million for 30 seconds!
That's a crazy amount of money.
But here's the big question...
Will that investment pay off?
Are consumers influenced by Super Bowl ads or are they just entertainment?

According to a new survey by The Action Network, New Jersey ranks as one of the top 10 states influenced by Super Bowl advertising.
While 49% said that they have not purchased a product after watching a Super Bowl commercial, 34% said that they have, and 17% said that they thought it would influence them.
New Jersey ranks 6th.
