This is one of those Jersey Shore intersections that is always busy.
You know, you just always expect traffic.
Things are about to get a lot busier.
Construction has already begun on a massive new shopping center that will be called Ocean Commons.
So, what can we expect at this shopping center?
Are we finally getting the Shore's most requested restaurant?
Unfortunately, no. One day maybe.
We are getting a restaurant that is equally as amazing.
The Turning Point Restaurant franchise continues to grow with another location planned at Ocean Commons.
According to APP.com, this will serve as Turning Point's headquarters and training center.
Look for a grand opening in June.
What can we never have too many of at the Jersey Shore?
You got it. Wawa will open at Ocean Commons with a full fuel station.
You'll be able to pick up your coffee and subs when the new Wawa opens in June.
A popular fast-food chain is coming to Ocean Township.
Soon it will be their pleasure to serve you at the intersection of Route 35 and Deal Road.
A restaurant and sports bar chain will be serving up good eats at Ocean Commons.
They are currently open in Mt. Laurel and Woodbridge.
