This is one of those Jersey Shore intersections that is always busy.

You know, you just always expect traffic.

Things are about to get a lot busier.

Construction has already begun on a massive new shopping center that will be called Ocean Commons.

We are getting a restaurant that is equally as amazing.

The Turning Point Restaurant franchise continues to grow with another location planned at Ocean Commons.

According to APP.com, this will serve as Turning Point's headquarters and training center.

Look for a grand opening in June.

You got it. Wawa will open at Ocean Commons with a full fuel station.

You'll be able to pick up your coffee and subs when the new Wawa opens in June.
