
Here Is New Jersey’s Love For Pumpkin Spice Ranking
The minute the temperature dipped a little in New Jersey, almost every sunscreen-wearing, beach visiting, boardwalk walking summer lover dropped their flip-flops and reached for anything pumpkin spice.
Spend a day in the Garden State and you would swear we are the pumpkin spice capital of the world. From cereal to breakfast pastries to coffee and tea, everything has magically turned pumpkin spice flavor.
Now that the transformation is just about complete, we thought we would research a little to see if we could find out just how pumpkin-spiced-crazed we really are here in the Garden State.
A quick walk through any retail store shows that we are definitely autumn, Halloween and Thanksgiving obsessed, but just how much do we love that pumpkin spice?
Zippia did some pumpkin spice research across this whole great nation, and the results for New Jersey pumpkin spice lovers turn out to be pretty disappointing.
It turns out that when it comes to PSL (Pumpkin Spice Love) New Jersey isn't even in the top half of the nation. You could make an argument based on these numbers that we don't really like pumpkin spice very much at all here in the Garden State.
New Jersey ranked a lowly #35 on the list of pumpkin spice-loving states in the nation, so maybe here in the Garden State it's nothing but a big bunch of autumn hype.
The most pumpkin-spice-obsessed state is West Virginia, closely followed by New Hampshire, and again, New Jersey is a distant #35. We better start thinking about peppermint mocha.
