Here are the three busiest exits and areas on the Garden State Parkway, according to the NJDOT:
Woodbridge Exits (127-131) - The area that intersects with the New Jersey Turnpike, Route 44, and Route 9 is used by an estimated 200,000 vehicles daily.
Union/ Hillside (140-142) - Commuting into New York City and Newark contributes to the madness of between 160,000 and 180,000 vehicles per day.

East Orange/Bloomfield (145-148) - So many vehicles need to get on 280 that 150,000 vehicles use these exits on an average day.
If you're wondering about the Jersey Shore exits that cause miles of backups in the summer, they tend to be quieter the rest of the months, and the overall average of vehicles between exits 82 and 105 is between 70,000 and 100,000, but you'll have a hard time convincing summer drivers of that.
