So far, we've heard about a new Philly Pretzel Factory that's getting ready to open up a storefront on the boardwalk; more on that here.

We also know some big changes are coming to Jenkinson's Amusement Park. In the past few weeks, we learned that a new drop ride, Point Plummet, is getting ready to open this summer, adding more thrills to this family-friendly park. More on Point Plummet here. 

Take A Sneak Peek At Jenkinson's New Roller Coaster Patriots Run

We're now getting an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the new rollercoaster, Patriots Run, that's being erected at Jenkinson's Amusement Park, and it looks amazing.

Patriots Run is being built in honor of America's 250th birthday, and the coaster cars reflect the colors of our country, and they look incredible.

The cars of this coaster were painted at a factory in Italy, along with the track and the rest of the coaster, and the paint job looks amazing.

What Will Patriots Run Coaster Look Like When It's Completed?

This family-friendly coaster will reach a top speed of 25 MPH when it's complete, and features ups, downs, and lots of fun turns. Here's the conceptual video for the new coaster.

This is Jenkinson's most expensive addition to the park, and marks a move towards a more adventurous ride.

When Will Patriots Run Roller Coaster Open In Point Pleasant, NJ?

Although there's no exact opening date, as the ride is still being built, in a press release, Marketing Manager Alexander Taylor did mention that on Thursday, July 16th, Jenkinson's will be having a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new coaster, as well as a ton of entertainment and other fun events celebrating our country's 250th birthday.
