One of the first jobs I'd ever dreamed of having was to be a restaurant owner that lived on a houseboat in Key West Florida.

Mainly because I visited Key West once when I was a kid and fell in love with that tiny little island.

Maybe when you were younger, you've always had the dream of running a business on the Seaside Heights boardwalk, but just didn't know where to start.

A good jumping-off point once you have your business idea would be renting out a space, and on the Seaside Heights boardwalk, space can be hard to come by.

Last week however, I was taking a jog down the boards when I noticed a for rent sign on a prime piece of real estate right at the border of Seaside Heights and Seaside Park.

I'm pretty sure this was the Crepe Shack, but it appears as though that's no longer there.

I'm surprised because they usually had a pretty decent line anytime I walked by.

It begs a good question though; what should go there?

The Seaside Heights and Seaside Park are already full of tons of arcades, restaurants, bars, clothing boutiques, and games.

But if you had the opportunity to open something up here, what would you bring to the boards?

A good coffee shop? Maybe a place to get some breakfast? Or maybe you have a little more out-of-the-box idea like a place to rent surfboards.
