Its not too often that a freshman that comes in with a lot of hype actually lives up to it.  Jada Lynch proved that her ability matched her pre-season hype as she led St. Rose to a share of the C North Championship.  Lynch averaged 13.1 points,, 6.1 rebounds, 2.1 assists, and 2 steals per game,  In the biggest games this season for St. Rose, Lynch rose to the occasion.  In the 2 games vs RFH, Lynch averaged 15.5 points and 9 boards.  Against state ranked opponents, Lynch scored 24 points against Chatham and 23 vs Ewing.  Against New York powerhouse Albertus magnus, Lynch scored 26 points to along with 6 boards.  In the first round of the Shore Conference Tournament, Lynch had 24 points and 7 boards vs Jackson Memorial.  In the loss to Rutgers Prep in the State Playoffs, Lynch had 15 points and 5 boards.  Lynch can score at all 3 levels, and will be a dominant force for St. Rose for the nest 3 years.

Addison Nyemchek, RBC

Another freshman that can score at all 3 levels, Nyemchek had a solid freshman season for the Caseys.  Nyemchek averaged 9 points, 4.7 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 1.5 steals per game.  Nyemchek had some big games during the season, but none bigger than the 18 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 steals, and 3 blocks she had against St. Rose, taking over a close game and leading the Caseys to a 52-48 victory.


Madison Kocis, SJV.

Earning more minutes as the season went on, Kocis earned the trust of her Lady Lancer teammates, as well as Coach Karpell.  Kocis averaged 8 points, 2.3 rebounds, 1.4 assists, and 1.4 steals per game.  In some of the biggest games for the Lady Lancers, Kocis stepped up in a big way.  In the Shore Conference Final, Kocis scored 19 points and added 5 boards to help SJV avoid the upset vs RBC.  In the State Final game vs IHA, Kocis delivered 15 points, all via the 3 ball, and 3 boards.


Teagan Drennan, Trinity Hall

Drennan had a solid freshman campaign for Trinity Hall and Coach McCarthy.  Playing mostly at the 2 guard spot, Drennan averaged 7.1 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 1 assist per game, and became a nice backcourt complement to Nina Emnace. Drennan showed ourin some of Trinity Halls biggest games, scoring 17 against RFH, and 9 each against Shawnee and Camden Catholic.


Tessa Liggio, RBC

Liggio was one of the leaders of a great freshman class for Coach Montano and the Caseys.  Tessa averaged 4.8 points, 2.4 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 1.3 points per game.  In the Hoop Group Boardwalk Showcase, Tessa had 12 points and 3 assists vs New Providence.  In the State Playoffs 1st round vs STA, Tessa scored 12 points to go along 4 boards and 4 assists.

One half of the twin backcourt with her sister Tessa, Katie had a very productive freshman season for the Caseys.  Katie averaged 7 points, 1.8 rebounds, and 1.1 assists per game.  Katie came alive in the biggest games of the season, scoring 10 points vs Newman Goretti (PA), 12 points vs Scranton Prep (PA), 13 vs New Providence, 15 vs RFH, and 12 points vs Lenape.


Ava Coyle, Shore Regional

Saving her biggest performances for the biggest stage, Coyle came alive during the Group 1 playoffs for Coach Wishart and the Blue Devils.  Coyle averaged 5 points, 1.4 rebounds, 1 assists,, and 1.6 steals per game.  In the first round of the CJ Group 1 playoffs, Coyle scored 9 points vs South Hunterdon.  In the Group 1 semi-final, Coyle scored 13 and added 3 steals vs Woodstown.  In the Group 1 final, Coyle hit two big 3's to keep Shore close in the first half vs University.
