Insult Comedy Legend DON RICKLES Dies at 90

The hockey puck is gone. Legendary insult comedian Don Rickles died early today at the age of 90. He is best known for his often politically incorrect insult comedy. His caustic stage persona was far different from the real Don Rickles. Nicknamed "Mr. Warmth," he attempted success on TV numerous times with limited success, but found live performances and Las Vegas shows to be his forte. I got to interview him once on the radio about a decade ago, but he must have been having an off day - he was very mellow. I'll try to dig it up and share it later today.
