Carol Plant, 30, Kate Dinardo, 29, and Justin Roberts, 30, all of the township, and Tyrone Wiggs, 44, of Asbury Park, were charged following the October 21 raid at the Tower Motel on Route 35.

According to police, investigators charged Plant with prostitution and possession of syringes, crack pipes and other items associated with drug use.

That led to encounters with Wiggs and Roberts, who allegedly had a crack pipe and who, police said, had just finished smoking marijuana in one of the rooms.

Entering the room, police reported finding Dinardo and 81 bags of heroin, along with more drug-related wares.

All four were taken to headquarters, where during booking, Wiggs allegedly was found to have 82 bags of heroin, crack cocaine, marijuana and $238 believed to be drug profits. He faces five drug-related charges.

Wiggs and Dinardo were released on summonses to await court dates. Roberts and Plant were sent to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold in lieu of $1,500 bail each. Police said that, beyond the crack possession charge, Roberts was the subject of an active warrant.
