Here are the weekly Jersey Shore Covid-19 case totals

As the curve keeps on flattening and less and less people are being reported infected or hospitalized our Townsquare Media Jersey Shore News Team will post a weekly report of the cases coming out of Monmouth and Ocean County's instead of a daily report.

In Ocean County there have been 9,626 positive cases as of Friday morning July 3 with Lakewood having the most followed by Toms River and Brick, as reported by the Ocean County Health Department.

Ocean County has reported 151 cases since last Friday evening which is 23 less cases reported than the week prior.

Here is how the daily cases break down for Ocean County this week:

Saturday June 27: 38 new cases reported bringing total to 9,525.
Sunday June 28: 16 new cases reported bringing total to 9,542.
Monday June 29: 13 new cases reported bringing total to 9,555.
Tuesday June 30: 29 new cases reported bringing total to 9,584.
Wednesday July 1: 17 new cases reported bringing total to 9,601.
Thursday July 2: 25 new cases reported bringing total to 9,626.
Cases this week: 151.

In Monmouth County there have been 9,366 positive cases as of Friday morning July 3 with Middletown having the most cases for a single town followed by Freehold Township and Howell, as reported by Monmouth County Freeholders Tom Arnone and Sue Kiley.

Monmouth County has reported 224 cases since last Friday which is 21 less than the week prior.
