Fieri brought “Triple D” to Somerville for a visit to a local eatery Turf Surf and Earth, located at 46 East Main Street in Somerville. According to a recent Patch article, TSE offer “an exciting assortment of food, including burgers, chicken, seafood, and lots of plant-based options served just the way you want them.”

The episode of Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives aired Friday, July 8th at 9 pm. The restaurant closed early Friday so the staff could watch the show together.

Very cool exposure for this New Jersey restaurant which is described as a “fast-casual” eatery. According to the TSE website “We believe that the basis for a great restaurant is simple: serving tasty, high-quality food in a friendly, clean, and inviting atmosphere. We offer a fast-casual dining experience with a customizable menu. We strive to highlight the benefits of our plant-based Earth menu selections, which are healthy, sustainable, and compassionate.” The restaurant is owned by Byron Salazar.
