Information from the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office reveals that German was found guilty for three counts of official misconduct, including hindering the apprehension of gang members.

James Fair was convicted of most counts, inclduing racketeering, armed robbery and conspiracy to commit murder.

Haneef Walker was found guilty of most counts, including racketeering, robbery and conspiracy.

German was accused of helping gang members in Asbury Park stay ahead of police, in exchange for their help in stalking a woman. The Asbury Park Press reported that he was cleared of the stalking charge, but was convicted for harassment.

German left the state before hearings began, and gained fugitive status until his capture in North Carolina.

Fair was accused of arranging a murder of a gang rival that police short-circuited in 2013, and later, with several others, opening fire on a house that his target occupied.

Fair and Walker allegedly were part of a band of shoplifters who moved their goods through a Neptune City pawn shop.

This is a developing story. More information will be added as it becomes available.
