New Jersey is well represented at this year's Golden Globe awards, Sunday night at 8:00pm on NBC.

Here are some of the New Jersey people who have been nominated for Golden Globe awards this year...

Joe Pesci for his work on the Netflix movie The Irishman. He's nominated for Supporting Actor in a Motion Picture..

Kirsten Dunst. The Point Pleasant native for On Becoming A God In Central Florida for Best Actress in a TV Series, Musical or Comedy.

Craig Mazin. The Brooklyn native moved to Marlboro as a teen and attended Freehold High School and Princeton, and his Chernobyl  is nominated for Best Television Limited Series or Move Made For TV.

Meryl Streep. But of course she's nominated. This time for Supporting Actress in a Limited Series or Movie Made For TV for Big Little Lies.

Ramy Youssef. From Rutherford and nominated for his work on Hulu's Ramy (Best Actor, TV Series, Musical or Comedy). Also Michael Douglas and Paul Rudd...both guys with NJ ties, are nominated in this category as well.
