Freeholder James Lacey Takes On 3rd Job

Ocean County Freeholder James Lacey is elected Secretary of the North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority at Monday’s Board Of Trustees meeting.

The NJTPA oversees regional transporation planning along with the state DOTt and NJ Transit. Lacey has been a member of the NJTPA board of trustees since 2003. He also serves as the executive Director of the Brick Township MUA.
