Debit Card Ripoff Artist Sought in Barnegat

A suspect in the fraudulent use of debit-cards is being sought in Barnegat. Township police have issued surveillance photos and are urging anyone who recognizes him to step forward.

He’s described as a light-skinned black male in his early 20s, about 5’11″ in height, with a medium build and low-cut hair.
