Thursday, June 16th, is National Fudge Day. So what a surprise I decided to write about "fudge" in honor of Thursday's holiday. Fudge is an interesting sweet treat, it's delicious but very rich, in my opinion.

Not the type of candy you want to eat a ton of, well maybe you can but I can only do it in small amounts. A nice little square and a cup of coffee and I have a delicious little treat with a big taste.
