Two people are arrested in connection to a Friday homicide in Burlington County.

Shane Davis, who turned 20 yesterday and 19-year old Jada Coley face charges for their alleged roles in the murder of 26-year old David Dibraccio, formerly of Vineland at an apartment on Elm Street in Edgewater Park.

While more information has not yet been released, investigators say a fight between the two suspects and Dibraccio started the tragic moments ahead at David's girlfriend's apartment.

Coley then allegedly beat Dibraccio with a shovel and Davis is accused of then shooting David around 3:45 pm.

Dibraccio made it out of the shooting alive but passed away shortly after at Cooper University Hospital in Camden.

Autopsy results haven't been released yet.

Davis is charged with Murder (First Degree), Unlawful Possession of a Weapon (Second Degree) and Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose (Second Degree).

Coley is charged with Aggravated Assault (Third Degree), Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose (Third Degree) and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon (Fourth Degree).

Davis and Coley who lived together in the Edgewater Manor Apartment complex will be scheduled for a first appearance in Superior Court in Mount Holly.

This case is being investigated by the Prosecutor's Office and the Edgewater Park Township Police Department.
