
Brick, New Jersey Police find 30 grams of cocaine, 26 grams of crack at Maple Leaf Park Complex
The Brick Police Street Crimes Unit found 26 grams of crack and 30 grams of cocaine inside a room at the Maple Leaf Park Complex leading to two arrests.
The Maple Leaf Park Complex has become a trouble spot and a place where drug deals have been broken up by Brick Police.
Detective executed a "Knock and Announce" search warrant on Tuesday night and found the stash of drugs along with two people inside the room.
David Gonzalez, 32, Brick is being charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine and crack, possession of cocaine and crack, possession of paraphernalia and tampering with evidence.
Joshua Gonzalez, 31, East Windsor is being charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine and crack, possession of cocaine and crack, and possession of paraphernalia.
Aside from the drugs, Brick Police said they also seized an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency, "which was believed to be proceeds of the illegal activity."
Both men arrested have been lodged in the Ocean County Jail.
