BERRY GORDY, JR. Inducted into Songwriting Hall of Fame
Kudos to Motown founder BERRY GORDY, JR. On June 15th he was inducted into the "Songwriting Hall of Fame." Even before Motown was pressing hit singles, Gordy was writing songs for superstars Jackie Wilson and Marv Johnson. Along with Smokey Robinson and Holland/Dozier/Holland, Berry wrote many of Motown's most famous songs - especially in the early days of Hitsville. A truly well-deserved honor.
