Phil Brilliant brings more than 35 years of experience in environmental consulting. Before founding Brilliant Environmental Services, LLC, he owned Environmental Evaluation Group (EEG) in Toms River, NJ, helping grow it into a leading underground storage tank remediation firm serving Fortune 100 clients. His expertise spans project management, environmental permitting, site remediation, and compliance across NJ, NY, and PA. Phil was among the first Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRP) in New Jersey and serves on the State’s Site Remediation Professional Licensing Board. A Rutgers University graduate, Phil is active in community leadership and resides in Toms River with his family.
