Amazing! Shawn Michaels is Celebrating 25 Years at 92.7 WOBM

I'm so happy to celebrate Shawn Michaels - 25 years over the airwaves at WOBM.

Shawn Michaels started his career as the "Morning" guy in 1996. This year marks his 25th year of laughs, tears, and more "Good Mornings" than we can count.

A little bit about Shawn, as I'm sure you know, he's kind, funny, quiet (believe it or not), he's filled with love for his family, and loves helping out the community. He comes to work everyday with a smile on his face. We've had so many laughs on the air, I can't even count them and the laughs we have off the air. It truly is pretty awesome to work with Shawn.

I'm not his first partner in crime...first there was Lisa and Jen for several years. I'm sure if you're a loyal listener you remember both of these fabulous radio ladies. I'm the lucky one who has been hosting the Ocean County Breakfast Show with Shawn for so many years. We've seen so many people come and go and somehow we're still together and we're very thankful to still be together through all these years and many more to come.

Things you might not know about the one and only Shawn Michaels:

*his favorite pizza is black olive and onion

*he'll always choose vanilla over chocolate

*he loves music and knows every song from every band, his favorite "Cheap Trick"

*he's corny and cheesy, always

*if we're out at an event or at the 92.7 WOBM beach studio, he's always cleaning his car or wiping little things off his car

*his hobbies, photography and hiking

*he's Irish at heart and loves his corned beef and corned beef hash

*almost every morning he starts the day with a banana

There are so many things I could write about when it comes to Shawn Michaels, but you'll just have to listen to us together Monday - Friday 5 am - 10 am.

Congratulations to Shawn Michaels. Many, many more my friend. Happy 25!
