State Petitioned To Allow Cardiac Surgeries In Ocean County

Three Ocean County communities this week pass resolutions calling on the state to a approve an application that would allow Community Medical Center to conduct cardiac surgeries. 

Officials in Toms River, Berkeley and Manchester townships say Ocean County is the largest county without a cardiac surgery program and the highest concentration of seniors in the state.
