What Day Does Casino Pier Open?

In the wake of Hurricane Sandy, many questions are being asked about the status of Jersey Shore businesses and attractions, namely: will they be open for the summer season?

For the iconic Casino Pier in Seaside Heights, the answer appears to be yes.

During a recent conversation, Casino Pier Operations Manager Lou Cirigliano gave an update on the status of reconstruction and Jenkinson's has confirmed that at least one section of their famous amusement pier will be in working order.

Casino Pier's lower deck, which represents roughly two-thirds of the boardwalk's total surface area, will open for business for Memorial Day Weekend.
