Wall School Board To Discuss Proposed Security Improvements
Wall Township school officials will hold an emergency meeting next week to discuss security measures in the district.
This comes after a fifth grader was arrested for threatening classmates with a Newtown like attack on the school.
On the District website, an unsigned press release stresses that there was “no real danger” to anyone. However, given the reaction to the report, the Board says it has had a “dramatic effect” on the community and wants to step up proposed safety plans for the district’s 7 schools that were developed with Wall Police.
The meeting is Monday night at 7 in the Wall High School gym.
