Two Manchester police officers who saved a man's life back in April are presented with the life saving award by their department.Patrolmen John Decker and Thomas Dill responded to reports of a man found unconscious and slumped over a lawn tractor outside his home on County road Route 539 April 11.

The victim wasn't breathing and didn't have a pulse.

CPR was given to the victim by both officers who helped revive the man who later recovered completely after a hospital evaluation.

Patrolmen Decker and Dill were presented the Life Saving Award by Police Chief Lisa Parker.
