Toms River Police continue search for missing teen

Police in Toms River continue a search for a 16-year old missing since April 5.

Toms River Police Spokesman Ralph Stocco tells WOBM News that the juvenile walked away from a group home in the eastern section of the township around 7:00 pm on the 5th and hasn't returned.

"We have no reason to suspect any criminal activity or danger," Stocco said. "He left on his own."

Further details on the case have not yet been released by investigators.
