Reported drug deals taking place on Montana drive in Jackson Township send police to the scene last week and they make a return trip to headquarters with three residents in handcuffs.

Jon'neace Howard, Diana Ruiz and a teenager all face various charges after marijuana and drug paraphernalia were found inside the home December 13 by Jackson Police who were joined by the Ocean County Regional SWAT Team and Ocean County Sheriff's Department K-9 Unit.

Over the course of the investigation, Detectives made a number of controlled purchases from the home.

The controlled dangerous substances and paraphernalia were found in the home along with other residents who told police they were renting separate rooms including the basement.

Howard, 19, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, processed and released on summons.

Ruiz, 35, is charged on a summons complaint with possession of paraphernalia.

A teenage juvenile is charged with possession of marijuana on a juvenile complaint and released to a guardian.

The matter will be transferred to the Family Court.

The investigation following the arrests remains ongoing and police say it includes the potential of code violations being issued to the owner of the residence.

The public is reminded that any persons arrested or charged with any offenses or crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
