If you worry about your package getting lost in the shuffle, these huge numbers may not make you feel better. Here are some shipping facts provided by Tribune News Service, according to msn.com.

380 - 400 million...the number of packages delivered by FedEx last year during the holiday season.

400,000. The number of workers FedEx needed last year to make all those deliveries.

15 billion and 900 million. The number of pieces of mail and packages respectively that the U.S Postal Service expects to deliver this holiday season.

13 minutes. The fastest Amazon Prime delivery on Christmas Eve 2016. It happened in Redondo Beach, California.

Over 1 billion. The number of deliveries Amazon made during 2016's holiday season.

750 million. The number of deliveries made by UPS during the days between Thanksgiving and New Year's Day last year.

So if you ever track a package or just wonder if it's going to get there on time, just think about all those workers and the huge mountain of work in front of them this time of year. It really is amazing when you try to absorb those numbers.
