A Tinton Falls woman convicted of strangling her girlfriend to death after a failed shooting attempt months prior will not be eligible for parole until she is over 100 years old.
The likely break-through case based on a rapid test follows a known exposure in Gov. Phil Murphy's house, within days of the family returning from vacation, according to a statement.
