Summer Gridlock for Locals

Have you ever been stuck somewhere in the summer time and had to catch a light more than twice to get through it?  Well this weekend Marianne had that exact experience.  On her way home from being out this weekend she caught the light at Rt 37 and 166 two times before she could even get through due to grid lock at the jug handle.
