It's another blast of winter for much of New Jersey today with

The precipitation will begin as a mix of light rain and snow for the whole state.

A Winter Storm Warning has been issued for Ocean, Burlington, Gloucester, Atlantic, Cape May and Cumberland counties as a  period of all heavier snow will fall in the late morning into the afternoon before mixing again with rain leaving behind 3-5 inches of snow  before ending in the evening.

A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for the rest of the state where the precipitation will remain as more of a mix and accumulate 2-4 inches.

The snow will accumulate mostly on grassy and untreated surfaces.

NJ Transit will cross honor tickets today across its system today.

 

Thanks to the upcoming Full Moon a Coastal Flood Advisory has been issued for the entire coastline for Monday night's high tide which will occur between 7pm and 8pm with some coastal roads likely to encounter minor flooding.
