Seen him? Toms River police seek him in wallet theft probe

An 82-year-old Manchester woman told Toms River police that her wallet was stolen in a supermarket, and investigators think they've zeroed in on a person of interest.

They're looking for a white male, believed to be in his 40s, likely wearing glasses, who was seen in the  Shop Rite on Route 37 West near Route 166 on Tuesday, January 17.

It was at about 2 PM on that date, that the woman reported the wallet stolen from her shopping cart, police said.

In the video accompanying this article, he can be seen heading for the exit, top to bottom in the frame, with no shopping cart.

The individual they seek wore a dark colored, hooded sweatshrit, jeans, and sneakers with white laces, at the time.
